I was impressed with Heathrow Taxi Transfers, particularly the communication pre journey. I'm often a bit paranoid about booking and paying in advance for transfers having been disappointed in the past with other online companies but found Heathrow Taxi Transfers to be really reliable. Had an excellent experience with Heathrow Taxi Transfers. Booked about 7 days in advance and were greeted on time by our driver at the Heathrow Airport. Escorted to the luxury car which made for a very comfortable trip. Our driver was friendly and so helpful, happy to answer questions and give us tips for our visit to London. Even drove us passed some famous sights on the way. Always kept us informed re traffic and any extra delays. Would definitely use this Heathrow Taxi Transfers service again.

Used this service for picking up my sister and her boyfriend from the [Heathrow airport]. Lily messaged me a few hours before letting me know he’ll be picking them up. Due to brexit, Covid etc it took longer than expected for them to go through passport control. Dahir was super patient waiting for them ensuring me he was not going to leave even though it was passed the time of pickup. Would definitely use this service again this Heathrow Taxi Transfers and same driver if I could! My sister said he was super nice, telling them about different places in North London they should visit which I had to take them to.

We used [company for transport from Heathrow Airport to and from our hotel in Birmingham. They were timely early actually polite, and had clean cars and followed covid protocols. I received a text that allowed me to track the driver and Match the license plate to make sure I got in the right car.
